As a transactional lawyer, Mrs. Ross has reviewed land entitlements and surveys related to commercial lending. Mrs. Ross has also prepared corporate and transactional documents, including Asset Purchase Agreements, Stock Purchase Agreements, Unit Redemption Agreements, Corporate Resolutions, Operating Agreements and many others in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
